Hey guys..........My pet fish was super sick yesterday and so my mom released it into a canal. It will surely die due to lack of food. On a lighter note, I'm looking at a chinchilla to replace it. I got back into cricket training today and hope to play in the tournament next week. I got a Trojan Horse but thankfully, I got an anti-virus software today and it deleted the virus.

Liverpool vs Inter Milan preview
Vice-captain Jamie Carragher will play his 100th European game - a Liverpool record - in the San Siro. Steven Gerrard believes that Fernando Torres will kill off Inter Milan's Champions League dreams in the San Siro. And the Liverpool skipper admits and he would not swap Torres for any other striker in the world. Gerrard knows Inter will be a different proposition in front of their own fans. "We will have to play as well as we have done anywhere this season now,'' he warned. Inter will be without Marco Materazzi after his sending-off in the first-leg and Gerrard believes his replacement will face a tough task trying to contain Torres, adding: "The lad who comes into their side for Materazzi will not be looking forward to his 90 minutes against Fernando.'' Torres has hit 25 goals in 34 matches for Liverpool. Gerrard said: "We will be looking to hit them on the counter-attack and Torres plays that game better than anyone around. "Not only can you stick the ball over the top and let him chase it, but he can make things happen himself like he did against Marseille earlier in the tournament, when we needed to win in France to go through to the last 16. "He roasted Materazzi in the first-leg. He (Materazzi) might think he was hard-done-by to be sent off but he could have been booked for a bad tackle before he had one yellow, never mind the second one. I went for Maths extra lessons today. It was okay. Then, I went for lunch with my brother and dad at The Banana Leaf Apollo. My dad goes there with his clients quite frequently but the tree of us try to go together at least once every 2-3 months. It was amazing. Before that, I went to a cricket shop to buy myself a cricket bag as my old one tore into half and the zipper spoiled. Other than that, the day was totally borin. Well got to go and sleep so I can wake up at 3.30 am and watch Liverpool thrash Inter Milan.

Today was nice. In the morning, I finished my Tamil comprehension and tried whether my pinter was working. It wasn't.Shit. So I called my mom and asked her whether we could buy a new printer. She agreed. Then I relaxed in the afternoon and in the evening, my bro,mom and I went to Parkway to get Crocs, printer and other stuff my mom wanted. I got a Brother printer. It also has a scanner so its like free photocopying. I finished my Tamil project at night and for dinner, I had Cream of Mushroom.

Rafa made 3 changes from the West Ham match: Pennant, Lucas and Benayoun for Mascherano, Babel and Kuyt. Torres was the lone striker in a 4-2-3-1 formation. He had to wait just 11 minutes for a first opportunity after getting a run on Abdoulaye Faye inside the 18-yard box. There was only ever one winner there but it was Steve Harper to the rescue for Newcastle. The first goal was a freak. Torres made a through ball to Pennant but Enrique was always going to win that. Unluckily, he cleared the ball right into the knee of the oncoming Pennant and the ball dipped right over the head of Steve Harper into the centre of the goal. A minute later, Gerrard made a diagonal pass into the path of Fernando Torres. Steve Harper came out and Torres dummied the ball past him and slotted the ball into an open net. For his next trick he turned provider, picking the ball up on the half-way line on 51 minutes before picking out Gerrard's well-timed run.

I won Euro 2008 in Championship Manager 2007 with England. Then I went to my cousin's place to work out and swim. Then my family and the both of them went to an italian restaurant for a fabulous dinner.

Today was quite good actually. During Geography, Haziq asked John where to get info on the volcano project from. He told Haziq that he didn't use any books or anything and he had a walking volcano dictionary- me. Hahax. During Music, as Mr Ikhwan didn't come, we were sitting outside the development lab when Ajay suddenly took out a packet of 8 Warheads. My friends and I tore out the wrapping paper and held the sweet over our mouth. Mine was Blueberry flavoured. I had heard of Warheads many times before but had never tasted one ever before. It was supposedly the most sour sweet on the planet. Gerald started the countdown..."3...2...1!" We popped the sweet into our mouths. Gerald and Ajay immediately got up and started going crazy. It was super-duper exrtemely sour. I rolled up into a ball and made funny faces. It was a hell of an experience.

I just finished watching Gridiron Gang. It's one of the best shows I have ever watch and will ever watch. Its about these juvees who are in a detention centre. The Rock and Xzibit are the guys who work at the centre of about 30 convicts, all from differing backgrounds, houses and hoods. They have no discipline so The Rock, an ex-American football pro, asks the owner whether he can have a team or not. You want more? Watch the movie. Anyway, Today was quite good and I taught Bijaya how to say zero and essential. Lol.

Today I got punished by Mr. Chia for the first time. Mrs Bala didn't come for Geography so we were playing. Julian, who played a lot with us, disappeared and came back at 12.50 with Mr. Chia. Venu then blames it on me. Stupid fag who looks up to Gaga.I got the guitar! It's damn nice. I'm having my 1st lesson next Thursday. I went over to my cousin's place again to cycle for 20 mins and swim for 1 1/2 hours.

I'm gonna have guitar lessons! YES! I wanted to learn acoustic guitar but for beginners, they only have classical guitar. I feel extremely sorry for Ruben as he lost the final against some Sec 2 guy from Anglican High with a freaking big attitude problem. Still, Ruben played damn well and I think he can play for Singapore in the Youth Olympics. Today in school I didn't use crutches at all. But I still can't walk normally. Sean is still being a downright bastard spreading rumours around the class that I have fully recovered in 4 weeks, I bribed the doctor saying that I wanted to keep the crutches so as to not do NAPFA when I can keep it forever because I bought it and saying I faked the injury. YES!! I got A1 for Biology! I don't know how many marks I got for it but I really can't believe it. Today in English, we changed our seating positions and tomorrow, we are doing a composition. For Geog, we went through a worksheet that we were supposed to do as homework but I did it during PE. At the end of the day, I met Mr. Munir to ask him about the Sun. He told me that the Sun formed from a hypothesis called the Big Bang. The Sun is going to grow bigger and bigger and at the epitome, it will decrease in size and form a black hole and everything in the universe is going to get sucked into it.

In Home Ec, I made shepherd's pie with Ray and Melvin. It was okay but wasn't at all like a pie. I got 17/20 for my Math Test!! YAY! At night, i went to the shop to get stuff for my volcano model and buy Match! magazine. I got my calculator finally.

Today was quite boring. Once i woke up, i went for speech therapy in Orchard Road and I was back at 10. From 10 to about 11, i was doing Science work. From then to 3 when i went for Math tuition, i was bored to death. Luckily, my mum picked me up from tuition and dropped me at my cousin's house where I went to the gym, swam in the pool and ate damn nice pasta!

Today was an okay day. First, we had Bio where at the start of the lesson Mr. Munir said we'll go to the lab but we didn't. Then in Tamil class, the Tamil teacher told venu to go up to the Higher Tamil classroom to get back a book or something like that. Instead of that, venu goes down to the library and does a survey. He's doing this to skip class. So my Tamil teacher becomes curious. he sent a boy down to look for him. When the boy found venu in the library and was bringing him up, Mr.Amir saw them. venu got 2 weeks detention with Mr. Chia. We are doing a Geography project on Mt.Krakatau. YES!!!!YES YES YES YES YES!!!! HIP HIP HOORAY!! Singapore got the YOG!!!! I can't believe it. Tiny little Singapore won over big, bad Moscow! I think it's because of the people's support. Hady Mirza was okay. The whole Padang went crazy when the old guy said, " and the city that will host the Youth Olympic Games 2010 is the city of...........SINGAPORE!" I have officially lost my voice. In the bus back we sang song's like " If I were a (.........)'s son and I was forced to marry" , VS Boleh, Vs Unite , Won't Go Home Without You and the VS Anthem. Once we got down, we sang the VS Anthem and marched into the school. The atmosphere was terrific. Well,that's all. I'm too pumped with adrenalin to write any more.

LFC vs Internazionale Review
Defying all odds time and time again, Liverpool have beaten Iternazionale, or more commonly known as Inter Milan 2-0 at home. Liverpool made it the hundredth European win at Anfield with a sweet volley from Dirk Kuijt and a smashing thump from outside the box by skipper Steven Gerrard, making it his 50th goal at Anfield for Liverpool and breaking a Liverpool record by scoring for 5 European games in a row. Liverpool, having 69% of ball possession, dominated the game . As is the tradition on a European night at Anfield, the fans set the tone prior to kick-off with yet another powerful rendition of You'll Never Walk Alone, and the Reds responded in kind with a high octane start. After just three minutes, a Steven Gerrard corner found its way all the way through to the unmarked Jamie Carragher at the far post, but despite seeing his effort blocked by the arm of Ivan Cordoba, the referee turned down the appeals for a penalty. They quite simply had no answer to El Nino and it was of little surprise when defender Marco Materazzi was sent-off for a second bookable offence after just half an hour, for hauling Torres to the ground when he had a clear sight of goal.Everything seemed to be going according to plan for the home side except for one important statistic - it was still goalless. in the 85th minute, Steven Gerrard tried a cross in from outside the box but a defender headered the ball out straight to the feet of Steve Finnan. After being closed down very tightly, Finnan hooked the ball to the running
Jermaine Pennant who whipped in a superb cross which just missed the head of Peter Crouch. Dirk got the ball, rolled it forward and drilled it so hard toward the grass that the ball deflected off the leg of Maicon, and bounced right over the head of Julio Cesar, who was kneeling down. In the 90th minute, Steven Gerrard started his own goal when he picked out Jermaine Pennant with a through pass. Pennant dribbled past one defender but was closed down too quickly to cross the ball. Pennant passed to the open Gerrard who faked a cross and hit the ball forward.At the angle where the line going vertically and the one going horizontally met, Gerrard thumped the ball with so much power that it bounced twice, beat the outstretched arm of Cesar and went into the side netting of the goal.

Liverpool vs Inter Milan preview
Inter Milan go into the Champions League quarter-final with 5 wins from 6 group stage games while Liverpool just managed to scrape through the group stage thanks to an 4-0 drubbing of Marseille. Liverpool go into Anfield on the back of a draw at Stamford Bridge and a critical loss in the FA Cup to Barnsley. It certainly seems like a daunting prospect for Rafa but Liverpool were in this same situation in 2005, when they were fighting for 4th place with local rivals Everton, plagued by injuries and up against the mighty Juventus. Liverpool somehow defied all odds and went on to win their 5th Champions League trophy. The Champions League is where Benitez is at his best and Roberto Mancini will definitely be aware of the 12th man for Liverpool tonight- The Kop. Should Gerrard score a goal in the match, he will achieve a record by scoring a goal in 5 consecutive Champions League games and it will be his 50th goal for Liverpool. In four matches against Italian opposition at Anfield in the Champions League in recent times, Liverpool have won all 4 of them. Inter arrive in Liverpool coming from a 2-0 win over Livorno, stretching their lead at the top of Serie A to 11 points. Rafa will be boosted by the fact that Gerrard, Reina, Mascherano, Arbeloa and Aurelio are fully fit. Only Daniel Agger and Andriy Voronin are out nursing long-term injuries as he looks to plot Inter's downfall at Anfield and keep Liverpool on course for a sixth European crown.
My cast is finally out! Yes! My leg is damn itchy, smelly, yellow (it's kinda scary), and extremely dirty. To take out the cast, the guy took a circular chainsaw and cut the cast. Scary. I was there from 3 to 5.30 pm. Today in school Ms Hashimah (the home ec teacher), gave us the Home Ec exam. I think I failed it. Hahax. There was a maths test and I checked with my other friends to find out that i had gotten 10 out of 10. Before Home Ec, outside the class, John and I played cricket. John was the bowler with a tennis ball and I was the batsman with my crutches. In VS, between the floor and the ceiling at the side, there is a huge gaping hole. From the ceiling downwards for about 20 cm, there is a metal plate for no reason. John threw the ball and I hit the ball with my crutches so hard that it hit the ceiling, hit the metal plate and came back down to John. Well, that's all for today.

Today was very stressful. Once I got to school , I had to sit for two CA1's- Geography and Tamil. The Geography was quite easy but the Tamil one was hard. Then during English,without even telling us, Ms Koh gives us the CA1 letter writing which is 15% of the whole Ca1.But luckily , I did quite well.During our reading period, I walked down to the library, or should I say crutched down to the library and borrowed the only decent book in the reading program- My Side by David Beckham. Well, that's all for today.

Yo Yo Yo! Rajiv here.Just got the blog.Its really good.Sundays are usually quite fast-flowing and fun.But since I broke my leg, its just been extremely boring. All I can do for fun is play on either my Xbox 360 or the computer. And how long can you play the same games over and over again? Anyway, my mom was really irritating today. I was going through some Geog stuff with my dad. So my dad tells me some extra details about river deltas and my mom starts yelling at my dad and I saying that its not important and that we were wasting time. On a lighter note, I’ve made many friends at VS. There are 5 boys from my primary school class in 1F now. The problem is, they formed a clique which I wasn’t interested in joining. So I left them but were still good friends. Since I broke my leg, I found out who my true friends really were. Well, got to go for dinner. OUT!
P.S : Yes I know Liverpool lost to Barnsley and nearly lost to Havant & Waterlooville but Liverpool still rule the world and Torres is still the best buy ever in EPL history. We’ll win the Champions League this season and next season, we’ll get the quintuple (EPL, FA cup, Carling Cup, Champions League and World Club Cup)!!
